Mullen Lowe Brazil CEO Highlights the Pitfalls of Inbound and Content Marketing

The Maxim advertising company is now the focus of business. It has gained comparison in content marketing. With each passing day, more companies adopt the content marketing. Inbound marketing is her partner. Entrepreneurs expect that the results will come quickly as they go with the headquarters at the pot. They think that the strategy will yield the necessary solutions for advertising. Let’s take a look at inbound and content marketing.

According to Mullen Lowe Brail CEI, Jose Borghi, inbound marketing is an attractive strategy for an audience that works through delivering material that solves their challenges. For instance, you can deliver content relevant to the problem. While using this commitment, the market is acquired by the brand. Therefore, the brand gains authority over the market and consumer trust. For this reason, content marketing enters this process with proper material construction. The consumer will certainly contract a service or make a purchase if all goes well. Strategy development is the main question. You will get more customers when excited about the possibilities of the strategy. When in a hurry, you will end up making a poorly planned strategy. Some concepts under content marketing spread the wrong message. This leads to immediate solutions for marketing. They include:

Try to look smart. The company will publish on their advertisig blogs and website on original texts coupled with original content to be shared on social platforms. The brand will sell. However, it is not enough with content marketing strategies. There has to be an outlined plan at the end of the content. This plan stretches beyond the interesting content. SEO optimization is certainly needed as well as buying journey and buyer persona study. Only a published text will be the country-s salvation. This action can be disappointing.

Try to be useful. For a fact, this is the main reason for advertising and content marketing. However, you should know your readers and outline the most useful information to them. Whom are you writing for? For instance, do not present the testimony of another consumer about the benefits of a product. However, you should talk about the advantages gained by purchasing the products. This can be useful when the consumer is still researching the market. Before making a purchase, the consumer today has good information through the internet. For this reason, the company has to provide information on the products importance. Companies should also have solid presences in the social platforms.

How ClassDojo Plans To Transform Classrooms

There has been a smartphone app created that is changing how children are taught and how parents are communicated with regarding their child’s education. Mrs. Rhodes, an educator in Tiburon, California, commented that the parents of her students like the pictures posted of what is happening in the class and in turn she enjoys the notifications the app provides when parents use the app to see her classroom.

The app, ClassDojo, launched in 2011 and has quickly spread into schools and classrooms across the United States and indeed the world. In the United States at least two-thirds of schools have a teacher using the app in their classroom. The apps first came to be of mass appeal when it gave a point system to teachers for the rewarding of students in good behavior. The app has evolved into providing instant communication between parent and teachers in the child’s learning. Just before this school year the app also added Student Stories, which lets students post their own photos and videos about what happened that day at school.

A difference maker about the app is that teachers can use the app without dealing with the bureaucracy of the school administration, and in doing so keep parents, teachers, and administration informed of what is happening in the classroom.   Read more on https://www.classdojo.com/resources/.

ClassDojo has achieved enough success that they are now able to focus on way to generate revenues on the app. Instead of advertising they have concentrated on selling educational content such as educational videos. For this purpose ClassDojo has partnered with Stanford University to produce a collection of videos around the concept of “growth mindset”. So far the series has seen 25% of American Kindergarten through 8th grade students watch the videos. The second set of videos they are working on will be done in conjunction with Harvard University.

ClassDojo created their app with three goals in mind. The first was to help create a positive culture in classrooms. The second was to give children a voice and opportunity to share their work, and the third was to get parents engage through their children sharing videos and pictures with them during the school day.

Through April 2016 ClassDojo has raised $21 million in funds from venture capital firms. The co-founders of the company, Sam Chaudhary and Liam Don, have used this funding to grow their team and research what types of content is appealing to the teachers, parents, and students that will use the app.

Paint Facility Is Opened by Boeing in South Carolina

Good news that will have a positive impact on the South Carolina economy was announced recently. Boeing has just recently started operating a new paint facility in the state. It is located on the North Charleston complex. The facility had been talked about regularly for the past decade. Many people in the company had given up hope of the facility ever seeing the light of day. However, a push from some of the local politicians convinced Boeing to open the paint facility in South Carolina instead of in a different state.

Before the site existed, Boeing aircraft that were constructed in the state would need to be moved to a different Boeing facility just to be painted. Needless to say, this caused a lot of time to be wasted. However, the paint facility makes the Boeing complex in Charleston the only one in the country to be able to handle the complete production of an aircraft from start to finish.

The addition of the paint facility will mean many more jobs. A Boeing spokesperson was unable to say the specific number of additional workers they will be hiring during the next several months. However, the number is expected to be very large. The paint facility opens the doors to additional Boeing projects in the future in South Carolina. Representatives for the aircraft manufacturer were not ready to discuss any other projects until they are closer to being approved. However, it appears as though many more jobs will be created in the years to come.

Nonprofit Delivers Gifts to 2000+ Schools

Schools in South Carolina are getting Christmas early this year. This is due to the efforts of Charleston Hope, a local non-profit organization. It runs an adopt a class program in which all the children attending seven schools will get a gift that is newly wrapped for them. The program was founded by Emily Hoisington. She created the program six years ago while she was a high school student herself.

She was inspired to launch the program because of a situation in her own family. Her sister was an employee at a school with many low-income students. She was told that many students didn’t receive Christmas presents, and they couldn’t fulfill other basic needs in their homes. This made it difficult for the students to succeed in the classroom. Emily felt the need to make a difference.

The children get really excited each time Emily’s organization brings them presents. They have learned to depend on Charleston Hope. The majority of the volunteers are high school and college students. People from the local community also come out to help. Emily gets further inspiration from the memory of her boyfriend Chad Cooke. He passed away years ago, but before he did, he taught her the lesson that it is important to do things with your life that you believe have a purpose. It is also important to spend face to face time with the students. You can read more about Charleston Hope and contribute to the program here.

Dylann Roof Found Guilty in Shooting at Charleston Church

It took less than two hours for the jury to find Dylann Roof guilty in the shootings at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston in June of 2015 that resulted in nine deaths and three other being seriously injured. Made up of eight white women, two black women, one white man and one black man, the jury heard closing arguments on Thursday morning. Roof’s attorney, who did not call any witnesses, argued that the jury should consider why Roof did what he did. The jury went into deliberations around 1 pm Eastern time. A little more than an hour later, the jury requested the judge to clarify instructions and to view Roof’s taped confession. The jury found Roof guilty of all 33 counts of the indictment for federal hate crimes, including murder, attempted murder, damage to religious property and obstruction of religious beliefs. Dylann Roof showed no emotion as the verdict was read.

The penalty phase of the trial will begin on January 3rd of next year. The federal prosecutors have indicated that they will be seeking the death penalty against Roof. After the verdict was read, the judge asked Dylann Roof if he still wished to defend himself during the penalty phase of the trial to which he responded that he did. Roof has stated that he had been inspired by reading about “black on white crime” after Trayvon Martin was killed by George Zimmerman.

Public Transit Improvements Coming to Lowcountry:

New bus shelters and new buses highlight proposed improvements to the public transportation system in Lowcountry. This is thanks to $500,000 in funding administered by Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority, or CARTA. This money comes from the South Carolina state Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism and became available thanks to the efforts of State Senator Marlon Kimpson. His senate district, number 42, covers North Charleston. Kimpson said this money will help enhance the public transit system for both residents and visitors.

According to CARTA officials, the money will go toward the construction of 20 new bus shelters for commuters and the purchase of three new buses. The funding from the state also makes available $900,000 in matching federal funds. Senator Kimpson said much of the Charleston area’s economy revolves around the tourism and hospitality industries, and new bus shelters and buses will help make the public transit system a comfortable, first class experience for both people who call the city home and those who are visiting from elsewhere.

CARTA Board of Directors Chairman Mike Seekings praised Senator Kimpson’s efforts to improve public transportation in the Charleston area, a primary goal of the organization. Your text to link… Formed in 1997, CARTA is South Carolina’s largest public transportation service, and averages more than four million riders a year. It also provides services for bicyclists, park and ride users, and the disabled.
