Sam Boraie and Boraie Development

Sam Boraie is most commonly known for being the Vice President of Boraie Development. Boraie Development is a real-estate development company that has built multiple projects in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Despite being a pillar in the community of New Brunswick, Boraie Development has recently expanded to building in Newark and Atlantic City. The real-estate development company teamed up with basketball star Shaquille O’Neal to bring his hometown of Newark an astounding new residential building. It was downtown Newark’s first new high-rise residential building in 50 years. The complex will amount to $60 million dollars and will be open for the people of Newark to rent upon completion. When O’Neal wanted to give back to Newark, the Boraie Development was more than willing to help give back to the New Jersey city while also taking part in a great investment. In addition to the rental complex, Newark also gained a brand-new movie theater, retail development, and market-rate housing because of this collaboration. The citizens of Newark were ecstatic to have the greatly anticipated new theatre open in 2012, and in 2013 attendance had nearly doubled what it had been in prior years.

Boraie Development also has exciting plans for a brand-new Atlantic City. The company would like to build upon the historically barren south inlet region of the resort city. Around the Revel Casino Hotel Tower there is mostly open space. While this might seem daunting to some, Boraie Development sees potential to add both housing and retail markets. The company prides itself in acting first and creating wonderful developments that benefit the community of New Jersey. The plan to build a 250-unit apartment building would be great for New Jersey families looking for quality housing. The overall development will be a breath of fresh air for Atlantic City and Boraie Development is looking forward to being that provider.

The Historical State Theatre in New Brunswick also has Sam Boraie on its Board of Trustees. This past summer Boraie Development sponsored the State Theatre’s Free Summer Movie Series. Lasting through the months of July and August, the series showed family favorites like Frozen, Despicable Me 2, Aladdin and Monster University. Free to the community, the program gave a chance for families and friends to gather with one another and enjoy watching family-friendly movies in the historic venue.

Sam Boraie and the Boraie Development are pillars in the in the New Brunswick community. The luxurious donations and numerous projects developed to give back to the citizens of New Jersey are greatly appreciated throughout the state.
