EOW had registered Qnet scam case in September last year after 31 investors lodged a complaint with it alleging that a Hong Kong-based multi-level marketing company, QNet, and its franchise Vihaan had duped them. The arrest was made in connection to the QNet scam under applicable sections of the IPC. Rashant Kumar Mohanty has been forwarded to the court, said a press release from EOW. So far four persons have been arrested in connection with the multi-crore money circulation scam in Odisha.
