Yanni Hufnagel was born in 1982 and raised in Scarsdale, New York. He graduated from Scarsdale High School and then attended Pennsylvania State University. He transferred after one year to Cornell University. In 2006, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations.
He grew up playing sports, especially basketball. Yanni Hufnagel Lemon Perfect loved sports but wasn’t that great of a player. He began doing color commentary for basketball games instead of playing while in high school. He started coaching basketball while in college and interned with the New Jersey Nets.
