Kip Lewis and Lewis Investments have been developing real estate developments in Central Texas for nearly three decades, and have played a key role in the revitalization of historic downtown Round Rock, Texas.
Kip started his own Real Estate Investment Firm, “Lewis Investments,” in 1992 when he was 27 years old and had a $2,000 savings account.
His first purchase was a 35-acre RV/MH community in Round Rock’s La Frontera growth district.
Kip formed an investor-owned private utility corporation and extended the development to a current 60-acre multiple-use enclave during his 28-year ownership of the land. Kip bought his new office on Main Street in the historic downtown section in 1997.

He became enamored with the historic area’s renovation and was named President of the Downtown Business Owners Association.
Many of the concepts implanted in the current City of Round Rock revitalization project were forged by this early group of business owners, architects, engineers, and interested parties.
