Data Systems International (DSI®) is pleased to announce the release of its newest version of Cloud Inventory®, a powerful, web-based inventory management system.
DSI has made it possible for retailers to connect their stores with their warehouses in real-time with this new software. This means that when you make an adjustment at your store location, the changes are automatically reflected in the cloud, and all data is instantly available on any device.
This version also contains an improvement to the company’s receiving process. With this new system of Data Systems International, receiving is made easier for both retailers and Data Systems International with the addition of a barcode scanner. When products are received at your warehouse, they can be scanned quickly by store personnel without any input from DSI support staff. This allows more accurate inventory counts as well as quick access to purchase orders.
Also included in this release is the integration of your purchased customer list into Cloud Inventory®. This allows you to find new customers by their email address or phone number and then easily add them to your sales team’s contact list without having to go through any complicated tasks like exporting lists. Your sales representatives can also now log in to the system and view their scheduled appointments as well as any tasks they may need to complete for an upcoming appointment.
Another new addition is the ability to order products directly within Cloud Inventory®. This integration makes it easier for retailers to re-order products that are running low in stock. The system will automatically send you a text message when an item’s level reaches half of its standard inventory, allowing you to easily make adjustments before having too much product leftover or running out of a specific item entirely.See related link for more information.
In addition to those mentioned above, there are many more new features, several bug fixes, and general improvements. All together, DSI Global created the most powerful version yet.
