Andre El-Mann Arazi combats Coronavirus Challenges
Mexico’s first real estate investment trust, Fibra Uno, has joined the stock exchange with new opportunities for eager investors. Headed by Andre El-Mann Arazi, Fibra Uno has helped in developing real estate laws, making the industry what it is today. Catering to many new investors, the company has a diverse operation in office spaces, retail, and industrial properties. Andre El-Mann Arazi spoke in his recent interview describing the challenges of coronavirus, and how he addressed them this past year. The invisible enemy ravaged the world’s economy, including shutting down much of Mexico’s framework.
Many businesses were labeled as non-essential, and others had to quickly adapt. Andre El-Mann Arazi got on top of the situation by adopting measures put in place by the World Health Organization. Businesses that were allowed to remain opened, included hotels and restaurants. Teams were allocated to ensure guest and employee safety, while overall capacity was limited. Similar measures were taken for all of Fibra Uno’s managed properties. Where possible, business trips were canceled and other reforms were made to continue the real estate business. At the same time, Andre El-Mann Arazi made sure help was available to his own renters, who were forced to completely close.
