Betsy DeVos has been widely known in the United States for years. Her fame has only intensified since President Donald J. Trump has been in office. The sight of DeVos on television isn’t anything rare or confusing. This woman tells everyone that she’s the Secretary of Education. She has all of the credentials that are essential for Education Secretary glory, too. DeVos has made appearances at countless schools in all regions of America. She’s gone to schools in the Midwest, in the Southeast, on the West Coast and elsewhere. She strikes up conversations with teachers, educational administrators and countless others. She talks to these professionals about subjects that affect students and families all over the United States. She searches high and low for answers that can help her with all of her most burning educational questions. She wants to know about schooling choices. So many students are forced to go to schools that are linked to their homes and physical addresses, nothing more and nothing less.
There are other schooling topics that mean a lot to DeVos. She asks teachers and administrative professionals about educational vouchers, charter school options and many other subjects. She sometimes talks to Dick DeVos about the possibilities that are connected to charter schools. Her husband is the owner of the beloved West Michigan Aviation Academy. This Grand Rapids charter school is part of the city’s fast-paced and sleek airport. It’s an institution that was designed exclusively to cater to people who are interested in going forward with aviation careers. The academy caters to a plenitude of pupils who live nowhere near Grand Rapids. These youngsters visit their parents on weekends alone.
DeVos likes the feeling of pride that she gets from her connection to the Dick and Betsy DeVos Family Foundation. She set this not-for-profit up in 1989 with the cooperation of her life partner. They like to donate to the group regularly. Their donations come in the form of money.

Edgar Prince was a tireless American industrialist who was always ready to take on a worthwhile career challenge. Betsy studied a great deal at Calvin College, a respected Grand Rapids institution of higher learning. She got married to the love of her life relatively shortly after that. DeVos has been Dick’s thoughtful wife since the latter half of the seventies. They have a tight and powerful bond.
