The Hall of Fame Laureate is the most prestigious honor that anyone can receive in the local business community in Cincinnati, Ohio. Recently, one of the board members of Hauser Private Equity received this award. John W. Hayden was recently awarded as a Laureate and inducted into the business hall of fame. Hayden was recognized for his leadership of the Midland Company as well as his work as a board member of Hauser Private Equity. As well as being recognized for his accomplishments in business, Hayden of Hauser Private Equity was also given the award for his contributions towards improving the local community.
Beginning in 1991, the Business Hall of Fame established itself as an organization that provided recognition for Cincinnati’s local business leaders for their excellence and contributions to their respective fields. This award is provided by Junior Achievement of OKI Partners Inc which cooperates with the Cincinnati Museum Center. Each year, the Hall of Fame records a video of the recipient of the Laureate Award. This video is shown at the Museum Center as a way to inspire and encourage others to achieve business success.
On an annual basis, the committee of the Hall of Fame evaluates the winner of the Laureate award by certain criteria. This includes contributions as leaders, contributions to the local community, provided guidance to future leaders, and setting a higher standard in the industry in which they work. It also evaluates those who have created positive results for companies as well as serving as visionaries for the future. John Hayden was the latest person to stand out among other candidates for this major award in the Cincinnati business community. This award is given to individuals shortly after they retire from their respective companies and industry. By offering this award, the Hall of Fame has enabled the top business leaders in the community to get the recognition they deserve and who will inspire others to make valuable contributions in the future.
