Mr. Eswaran is the pioneer of QI Group, where he currently works as the Executive Chairman. He has received numerous awards due to his career achievements, including Special Award for Education Entrepreneurship and the Malaysian Business Awards CEO. In 2016, he acquired an Honorary Doctorate in Economics and Global Business.

The Forbes recognized Vijay Eswaran as one of the Heroes of Philanthropy in Asia. When asked how he came up with the idea of QI Group of companies, the Malaysian business magnate revealed that nobody thought about it at the beginning. According to him, it originated from QNET. The QI founder gained interest in network marketing while pursuing his university education.

At first, he was not confident when making a marketing presentation. Like many upcoming entrepreneurs, Vijay Eswaran doubted his ideas. However, he realized there was a potential in the industry after several sessions. The business executive started analyzing business opportunities that could do well in networking.

He always advises other business people to take challenges positively by learning from them to improve and grow their enterprises.
